If you want to start by using what is already on your web site:
Copy your web page from Server to your PC  

To add all the parts to your web card:

Create a link to a web site
Create a link to an email address
Create a link to another page in your site
Create a link to another spot on your own page
Add a picture 
Set the title
Set a background picture

To see your changes on  your own system only:
See your changed page in your browser on your PC (not on the internet) 

To copy your files up to the server and check your work (see it on the internet):
 Copy files from your PC back to Server (Be sure to copy all files- the movie only copies index).
Check your work (and ask someone else to check your site from their computer).
