Dance Moms is a dance reality series on the Lifetime network.
It is set in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the Abby Lee Dance Company.
It follows the dance lives of 7 young girls between the ages of 8 and 15 and their mothers.
They dance 7 days a week and travel every weekend to different dance competitions around the country.

Abby Lee Miller started the Abby Lee Dance Company at age 14. Abby is a demanding and passionate dance instructor that is very tough on her dancers. She aspires to raise her students to be employable dancers. She is very tough on her dancers but at the end of the day, Abby says she loves her girls. |
