The Dreaded Cardio!
Cardio should be done everyday for at least 30-45 minutes.
I typically run a mile and a half as fast as possible, then I move
to the elliptical on a high resistance for the rest of the time.
Use a high intensity for maximum results when using the
elliptical.
Cardio Exercise can include:
1. Walking
2. Swimming
3. Jogging
4. Treadmill
5. Dancing
6. Stair Climbing
7. Jumping Rope
8. Horseback Riding
9. Biking
10. Step Aerobics
11. All kinds of sports & games, etc.
