Demi Lovato was born on August 20, 1992 in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. She started her career at the young
age of seven when she landed her role on Barney. In
2007, Demi Lovato landed her breakout role on Disney Channel
in the short series, As the Bell Rings. Soon after,
she received the starring role of Mitchie in Camp Rock
with the Jonas Brothers. She recorded some songs for the Camp
Rock soundtrack, which led her to make several albums of
her own, including Don't Forget, Here We Go Again,
and Unbroken. Another self-titled album is currently
in the works. She then starred in another Disney Channel
movie, Princess Protection Program, alongside her best
friend, actress Selena Gomez. In 2009, Demi Lovato became the
star of her own Disney Channel series, Sonny with a Chance.
Demi Lovato now stars as a judge on Simon Cowell's hit reality
singing competition, The X Factor, and recently
