CANCELLATION POLICY
Although tuition is paid on a monthly basis to ensure placement in the Studio schedule, lessons that are cancelled with at least 24 hours prior notice can be made up as the Studio schedule allows.
BUSINESS POLICY
Tuition is paid monthly, on or before the 7th day of each month, either by check or cash, unless other arrangements have been made. If tuition is not paid by the 7th of the month, a 10% late fee is assessed. Checks should be made payable to “Rhonda’s Piano Studio, Inc.” in the appropriate amount.
Students must reimburse the Studio for music books, sheet music and other materials provided to the student. The costs of these items are not substantial.
