My ultimate plan as a dancer is to be a part of a modern dance
company where I get to travel and dance all around the world.
However, the average career of a professional dancer ends around
30 years old. That being said, many dancers need to have a plan B
once their professional dance career is over.
My future plan has changed far too many times to count by this
point. As of right now, I am planning on becoming a dance
therapist. In order to get there I have recently declared a
psychology minor at Adelphi University. Once I graduate with my
B.F.A. in dance I will go off auditioning for various modern
companies. Once I make it into a steady company, I want to take
online classes (if possible) in order to get my Masters Degree in
Dance Therapy.
See into my future plan
