How to Make Whipped Cream:
- For starters, lets start off with a basic technique that can be used for almost any dessert

  1. Chill a medium sized bowl and beater for at least one hour in a refrigerator or even in a freezer.
  2. Remove the bowl and cream from the refrigerator. Then pour the cream into the chilled bowl. whipped cream in
          a bowl
  3. Beat the cream for 2 minutes with a hand mixer on a medium/low speed.
  4. Add vanilla in and gradually add in the powdered sugar (beat until a soft peak forms).
  5. Once the whipped cream has formed, serve it immediately.

Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- These are the most soft and chewy chocolate chips anyone can ever try. With every rich and tasteful bite, you will realize that you may never want to stop eating them

Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking soda and corn starch. Then set the bowl aside.
  2. In a hand mixer, mix together the butter and both sugars on medium/low speed until you get a light a fluffy texture (usually within 2-3 minutes). With the mixer on low speed, add in the egg and vanilla extract. Return the mixer back to medium speed and continue mixing until it is fully mixed.
  3. Add the dry ingredients into the mixer while the speed is on low until a dough forms. Then stir in chocolate chips into the batter by hand. Refrigerate the dough for about 20-30 min and preheat the oven to bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line the pan with baking sheets.
  4. Using 1 tablespoon, form balls and separate them onto the pan about an inch apart. Bake the dough for about 9-12 minutes and let it cool off once its ready. Then its ready to be eaten and enjoyed.

Chocolate Tart:
- Enjoy a crunchy chocolate crust with a ganache filling that is topped off with berries

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Place Oreo's into a food processor and blend the Oreo's until they become fine crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the crushed cookies and pulse it until the butter is evenly distributed throughout the Oreo crumbs. Press the cookie crumbs into a tart pan using the back of a measuring cup and your fingers. Then either place it into the fridge or freezer while the filling is being prepared.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the cream over a medium-low heat until tiny bubbles form around the edge of the pan. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour it over the chocolate chips and leave it alone for about 2 minutes and then stir it until the cream is all blended with the chocolate.
  3. Pour the ganache filling over the crust and place it back into the fridge for cooling for at least 3-4 hours or even overnight.
  4. Pop out the edges of the tart pan before serving and place it onto a plate with berries topped on it and powdered sugar sprinkled onto it. Cut it into small slices and enjoy the richness taste of your very own chocolate tart.
