Cowboy Caviar:
- Enjoy a fresh Cowboy Caviar that
is bursting with flavor within in each bite. The first bite is never
the last!
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can corn (drained and rinsed)
- 3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 2 diced avocados
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 chili pepper (diced) (optional for a hint of spice)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup of Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Place beans, corn, avocado, tomatoes, chili pepper, onion and
the cilantro into a large bowl.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the avocados so that the avocados
don't turn brown as quickly. Sprinkle in the salt and pour the
Italian dressing. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cool in the refrigerator for about an hour to
marinate all the flavors together. Then it is ready to be served
and eaten.

Deviled Eggs:
- Enjoy a quick and easy snack that almost
anyone will enjoy having!
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Ground black pepper
- Smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Place the eggs into a pot and cover it with enough water that
the water is above the eggs. Boil the eggs on high heat and cook
it for about 3-5 minutes. Remove the eggs from the heat and
leave it covered for about 15 minutes and then rinse the eggs
under cold water.
- Crack the egg shells and peel it under cool water. Slice the
eggs in half removing the yolks, placing it into a medium size
bowl and place the whites on a serving platter. Mash the yolks
into a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper,
vinegar and mustard, and mix it well.
- Evenly disperse the yolk mixture using a teaspoon into the egg
whites. Sprinkle over a little paprika and its ready to be
served.
