Media Brochure- A brochure that outlines annual curriculum topics and lesson plans I will teach, along with my classroom rules and expectations and grading policies.

Power Point Presentation- How Wii Fit and Wii Sport can have an influence in getting kids and adults into exercise without even knowing it.

Webquest- An overview of the Lightspace Floor gives an inside look at all the advantages in the  future physical fitness.

Excel Project-  This is a comprehensive graph that shows class percentages of a balanced diet and exercise plan.

Nutrition Projects

-My Pyramid Plan: This document is my own personal balance of food and physical activity i need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  It also gives a chart balancing out the amount of portions in the different food groups that I need.

-Dietary Guidelines Comparison: this document includes  recommendations  towards how much food you have eaten in each food group and the  amount we are aiming for.

-Nutrient Intakes from Foods: This document pertains to information about the food consumed and the recommended amount that we should have.

-My Pyramid Stats: This document contains information about ones nutrient intake and how much is recommended.

Physical Activity Projects
- Fitnessgram:  Fitnessgram is designed to graphically display ones health and fitness levels based on numbers and evaluations.

-Fitnesslog: This is an example of daily workout times and can help determine ways of improving ones daily physical activities.

-Activitygram: The activitygram allows one to input their daily activities and time spent on them to determine a healthy goal and observe our lazy or  active patterns.

Polar Tri-Fit Profile- Gives an overview of ones physical health and ways to better ones fitness levels.

Heart Rate Lab Graph-  This heart rate graph shows the target heart rate and the heart rates reached during physical activity.
