chart balancing out the amount of portions in the different food groups

Fitnessgram is designed to graphically display ones health and fitness
levels based on numbers and evaluations.-Fitnesslog: This is an example of daily workout times and can help determine ways of improving ones daily physical activities. -Activitygram: The activitygram allows one to input their daily activities and time spent on them to determine a healthy goal and observe our lazy or active patterns. |
