MTH 114 Announcements
1/10/11: The first class is on Monday January 24th.
1/24/11: Quiz 1 (covering Chapters 1-2 of Peck/Devore) is scheduled for
Wednesday February 2nd.
1/26/11: No class on Wed 1/26 due to snow closing.
Make up date to be announced by the university. Chapter 1 part of HW1 still due
1/31. Chapter 2 part of HW1 now due on
2/7.
1/31/11: Quiz 1 (covering Chapters 1-2 of Peck/Devore) is postponed to
Wednesday February 9th.
2/1/11: As per the University Registrar, the postponed class (for snow on
Wed 1/26) will be made up on Monday April 11, Research Day, at the regular
class time.
2/14/11: Quiz 2 (covering Chapter 3 of Peck/Devore) is scheduled for
Wednesday February 23rd.
2/24/11: The Midterm Exam (covering Chapters 1-4 and 6 of Peck/Devore) is
scheduled for Wednesday March 9th.
3/2/11: The Midterm Exam (covering Chapters 1-4 of Peck/Devore) is
scheduled for Wednesday March 9th.
3/9/11: There is no class or office hours during Spring Break (Monday
3/14 and Wednesday 3/16). The next class meeting is on Monday 3/21.
3/21/11: Quiz 3 (covering Chapters 6-8 of Peck/Devore) is scheduled for
Wednesday April 6th.
3/30/11: Quiz 3 (covering Chapters 6-7 of Peck/Devore) is scheduled for
Wednesday April 6th.
4/6/11: As per the university registrar, our class WILL meet at the
regular time
on Research Day (this coming Monday, April 11) to make up for the snow
closing in January.
4/11/11: Quiz 4 (covering Sections 8.1-8.2, 9.3, and 10.1-10.2 of
Peck/Devore) is scheduled for Wednesday April 20th.
4/13/11: Quiz 4 (covering Sections 8.1-8.2 and 9.3 of
Peck/Devore) is scheduled for Wednesday April 20th.
4/20/11: The last regular class meeting will be on Monday May 9th.
4/20/11: The final exam will be on Wednesday May 11th from 3:30-5:30pm in
our regular classroom.
