CSC 161 Announcements

7/20/20: The first class meeting is on Tuesday September 1st in Swirbul Library's Gallagher Lab. For the first 3 to 4 weeks of class, the plan is to meet in person on both Tuesday and Thursday. After that, I expect to hold about half of the class meetings online synchronously through Thanksgiving Break & all class meetings online synchronously after Thanksgiving Break.
9/8/20: Quiz 1 (covering Maple) is scheduled for Tuesday September 22nd.
9/17/20: Next week's classes (9/22 and 9/24) will be on Zoom at our regular class time. The next in-person meeting is on Tuesday September 29th.
10/1/20: Quiz 2 (covering Excel) is scheduled for Tuesday October 13th.
10/18/20: The Midterm Exam is scheduled for Thursday October 29th. It will cover Maple, Excel, and the TI-84.
10/27/20: There will be a makeup class on ZOOM on Tuesday 11/3 (Election Day) at our regular class meeting time to makeup for the missed October 15th class. It will be available to view asynchronously after class on Moodle for anyone who cannot attend.
11/5/20: All remaining classes (including Nov 10 and Nov 19) will be held remotely on ZOOM (synchronously at our regular class time).
11/10/20: Quiz 3 (covering Ch.1-4 of Python) is scheduled for Tuesday November 24th.
11/30/20: The last regular class meeting is on Thursday 12/10.
11/30/20: The Final Exam is scheduled for Tuesday 12/15 from 3:30-5:30pm on Moodle.
12/15/20 7:25pm: Semester grades are on Moodle and CLASS.
