  • 1 1/2 Ounces Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Ounce Light Rum
  • 1/2 Ounce Sloe gin
  • 1 Ounce Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 Fresh raspberries and strawberries, 2 peach slices, maraschino cherry

STEP 1  
Shake with ice and strain into ice-filled Irish coffee glass.
STEP 2
Garnish with berries, peach slices, and cherry.

STEP 3 (OPTIONAL)
Serve in an Irish Coffee Glass

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 oz. ginger beer
STEP 1  
Squeeze lime juice into a Moscow Mule mug (or a Collins glass) and drop in the spent shell.
STEP 2  
Add 2 or 3 ice cubes, then pour in the vodka and fill with cold ginger beer.

STEP 3 (OPTIONAL)
Serve with a stirring rod

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs for garnish                                                                                                                                                                                                        
STEP 1  

In a blender, puree the mango with the passion fruit juice, coconut water and yogurt until smooth. Taste and add the honey, if needed; some mangoes are sweeter than others.

STEP 2

Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.

  • 5 Tbsp Korean honey citron tea marmalade
  • 2 cups sparkling natural mineral water (chilled)
  • 10 ice cubes (regular sized, about 220 grams / 7.7 ounces)


STEP 1  

Put all ingredients together in a mixer and blend until smooth

STEP 2  

Serve immediately
