The word Kape (ka - pay) is a Filipino
term in the native language tagalog, and translates to coffee
in english. Kape Republik is a Filipino American Coffeeshop
& Bakery located in Cerritos, California, and founded by
Karla P. in March 2016. Since then, they have become known for
their sweet treats based on traditional Filipino flavors such
as ube and buko pandan. This family bakery offers a wide range
of options to fill anyone's sweet tooth, from cookies, to
cakes, to coffees and other delightful drinks. There are even
items that you may not have heard of before such as baked
turon and smooth flan, but once you try these classic
Filipino desserts they surely won't
disappoint. One of their most popular items are our soft chewy
cookies known as Crinkles.
