My past educational experiences have
been very helpful and I believe it has prepared me for the future. I
went to Schwarting Elementary School
and then graduated to
Packard Middle School. Then I moved on to Plainedge High School
and graduated with a 3.4 GPA. I received a partial
scholarship to Adelphi University. I heard they had an excellent
Physical Education Program so I decided Adelphi would be the perfect
place especially after i visited the campus. I am currently a freshman
at Adelphi
University and I am a Physical Education major. Currently, i am
on the Deans List with a 3.7 GPA.
Interests and Hobbies
My whole life I have been a fanatic sports fan. The sports I mainly follow are baseball, football and basketball. As well as college basketball and football. I have played basketball in a public league from age 6-12. I started playing baseball at age 4 and I played every year until this year when I attended college. I played all four years in high school and probably will play this summer for my public league. I used to take lessons for the drums and I played in the band in elementary school all the way to my senior year of high school. I was also a part of the marching band in high school. My favorite sport teams are, the New York Mets, Dallas Cowboys and the New York Knicks.

I joined a singles badminton tournament in the fall of 2007 at Adelphi and came it second which was a good experience. I was involved in a 5-on 5 intra-mural basketball team during the spring semester of 2008. I also entered a wheelchair basketball tournament in which i also came in second.
Athletic Experiences
I have had many great athletic experiences but there is one that always is the most memorable. The one that i remember the most and had a great time was when i was 12 years old and we went to Cooperstown in August during summer baseball. We went for a week and played double headers everyday and we did pretty good. I pitched a couple of times verse very good teams and got one win. We slept in bunkers which only had bunk beds in it, enough for the whole team. My family came and my dad was a coach so he stayed in the bunker with me. I will never forget this experience.
School Event Participation
I participated in a Wheelchair Basketball tournament which was an event for charity. This was hosted by the Physical Education Major Club, which i am part of. We had four players of the Long Island Lightning wheelchair basketball team at the event. The event was very successful and was very fun. I never had watched or played wheelchair basketball and it was a great experience.
