Legend of the Seagullmen - Legend of the Seagullmen (2018)
Debut album by a supergroup.  Brent Hinds from Mastodon and Danny Carey from Tool are in it.
They started out as a project a few years ago, but they did their first show last New Year's Eve opening for Primus.

Judas Priest - Firepower (2018)
They are currently touring for this album.  My favorite Judas Priest record is Painkiller, but I think this record plays circles around it.
The band has never sounded better.  They will be touring with Deep Purple this fall.

Black Label Society - Grimmest Hits (2018)
Black Label Society's tenth studio album.  There are some really great songs off of it.

Suicidal Tendencies - Get Your Fight On (2018)
It has two original songs, re-recordings of songs by Cyco Miko (Mike Muir's solo band) and a Stooges cover.
It's an extended play.  They're touring in European nations, but they're going to be opening for The Misfits this summer in NJ.

Stone Temple Pilots - Stone Temple Pliots (2018)
First record they released without Scott Weiland who died back in 2015.  They briefly had Chester Bennington from Linkin Park in the band for about a year or two until he died a year ago.
I'm glad they're making new music, but I haven't listened to it yet.

Corrosion of Conformity  - No Cross No Crown (2018)
Really heavy alternative metal band with some doom metal thrown in.
These guys are really good, they're going to tour with Black Label Society and Eyehategod soon.

Myles Kennedy - Year of the Tiger (2018)
The frontman of Alter Bridge's solo album - he also played for Slash's solo work
All acoustic songs.

Saxon - Thunderbolt (2018)
These guys are almost seventy and they still sound great.  They're touring with Judas Priest and Black Star Riders.
They're an underrated British metal band that has been around since the late seventies.

Breaking Benjamin
- Ember (2018)
I'm not really a big fan of these guys but they were pretty good when I saw them back in 2016.

Sleep - The Sciences (2018)
First album by these guys in over a decade.
Some hidden tracks off other records and some new material  Of course, it came out on 4/20.

A Perfect Circle - Eat the Elephant (2018)
First album by these guys in over a decade.  Maynard James Keenan's band (the guy from Tool).
Sounds pretty great.  Some really impressive melodies, some of the songs are more pop than rock, but that's totally fine because it sounds good.

Jack White - Boarding House Reach (2018)
Jack White from The White Stripes doing blues rock - what could go wrong?!

Derek Smalls - Smalls Change (Meditations Upon Aging) (2018)
The bass player from Spinal Tap playing with an ensemble band
If you're a huge fan of Spinal Tap, you will get a kick out of this
Fun fact: Derek Smalls is a character played by Harry Shearer who is a voice actor for The Simpsons (he does Mr. Burns, Principal Skinner, etc.)

Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons - The Age of Absurdity (2018)
The lead guitarist from Motorhead's solo band, trying to continue Lemmy's legacy
There's a great cover of a Hawkwind song on here

Ministry - Amerikkkant (2018)
Yes, they're trying too hard to be political.

The Sword - Used Future (2018)
British heavy metal band - pretty good stuff

Skindred - Big Tings (2018)
Heavy metal - but with a reggae twist!

Andrew W.K.
- You're Not Alone (2018)
The king of partying has returned!  He did a signing at the Loony Tunes CD store in West Babylon
