Another Trip I
would go on was with Kelsey, Rachel, Ryan and Kelsey's parents
Joe, and Mary to their house up in Connecticut. Marys brother
Jim lives up there in the house but Jim and Joe shared the
cost of purchasing it and maintaining it. We left the Friday
before Memorial day in 2013 at 7:00 P.M and arrived around 11.
The reason why we left so late was because I had a College
class earlier that day. Class ended at 3:00 but I hung out
with Allie(I describe who she is in my next chapter) till
around 4:45 and left to head to Kelseys. Once we arrived in
Connecticut we hung out for a bit then headed to bed. I had to
sleep in an old army cot that was hard on my shoulders since I
sleep on my side but it was quite comfortable otherwise. The
next day, we headed over to Rhode Island to go see Kelsey's
cousin Chris and his wife Angie and their 8-year old child
Giovonnie, we just called him Gio. Ive known them for a while.
He admired me for some reason. Maybe it was because I was as
energetic as he was and we always hung out. We always joked
around and had so much fun together. They had recently moved to
a new location in Providence and we went over to see it. It
was a very nice house! We then took Chris’ boat out and Jim
drove it around
the river to a small island outside Providence. It was a lot
of fun on the boat. I had never been on a boat of that size
before. Chris and Angie stayed behind, but Gio came on the
boat with us. We kept hitting wakes from other boats and
rocked back and forth.

We went over to an
Island or something and had lunch in the boat. After lunch, Me
Kelsey, Ryan and Rachel went for a walk on the beach. I was
unfortunately dumb enough
not to bring sandlles because the whole beach was
covered in sharp rocks and Shells. I did however find many
scallops and conch shells. After our walk we headed back to
Providence and went back to Chris and Angie's place. Angie was
making tomato sauce when we arrived so it smelled amazing! I
immediately asked her if she had any Italian bread and she
said that there was a Bakery down the street. I wanted Ryan to
come with me but instead along with Ryan came Kelsey, Rachel
and Joe with their dog Dakota. I practically ran to the store
and back with a loaf of Italian Bread and a loaf of Olive
bread that Angie requested I get for her. Once I arrived back
at the house I immediately asked if I could try it and she
said “Go right ahead.” I immediately cut off a slice of bread
and dipped it right into the sauce and it was amazing! While I
was eating Gio wanted to show me a bunch of videos, all of
which I’ve already seen, but all of which were still funny.
After, we headed back to the house in Connecticut to hang out.
Gio came along with us and slept over that night. Once back at
the house I went to the hammock and laid in it. Gio then
proceeded to try to flip me out of the Hammock and he
Succeeded a few times. After a while, Me and Gio went down to
the little pond they have in the yard. The pond was quite low
and the muck where the water usually is. I picked up a big
stick and started flipping the mud. Gio then found a stick and
did the same. When his stick cracked however, I wanted to
break it, so I slammed it on the mud and got covered in mud
slime stuff. I was sad and I went to go to take another
shower. We had Cheeseburgers for dinner and hung out more.
That night, I went out to the hammock and lied down for a
while. I went in around 10:00 and went to bed. After we went to sleep it
was a long night. Rachel has this thing that instead of sleep
walking, its sleep Screaming. At like 3:00 a.m shes screaming
and I start debating weather I should slam her with a pillow
or not. Just as I decided Yes, Kelsey woke her up Sunday arrived and we headed
over to the Woodstock fair.

First thing we did was go by the old cars. There were Model T’s, Model AA’s, even a Studbaker and a Chevelle. There were old Pick-Up trucks and a whole line of old vintage Tractors. We headed up the hill then to the old Gasoline Engines. They had a Water Pump, A Saw, and even a corn grinder. We eventually wandered over to the kiosks in the Fair. I ended up getting a, a shirt, a Wild Bills Soda Cup ,some french Fries and a Zippo Lighter. As soon as I got the Zippo Lighter, Mary turned to me as Ryan went to that same Kiosk to buy a knife, and said “You better watch out” and I said “Why?” “Because your gonna be wearing the water in this water bottle.” To which I immediately replied “Whud I do?” and she said “Because you got Ryan interested in the knives they have.” To which I replied with a great big smile “Uh oh.” And she just laughed. After we looked at the animals we headed back home. At home Gio again wanted to get me to fall out of the hammock but instead I ended up hitting my behind on a rock that sits right under the hammock, twice. And Gio thought it was hilarious. For the first time ever I was actually able to say that I was legitimately Butt-Hurt. Eventually Chris came to pick Gio up and they left after dinner. Anyway that night Me, Joe, Rachel and Kelsey all went back to the fair for a few more things. I bought a second Zippo some signs, and more Fries. I really wanted a snow cone but they didn’t have any. We went to go see the old cars one more time before we headed home for the night. That morning we got up around 10:00 and we were out of the house by 12 noon. Before we left I went over to the resevior over by their house and it was very nice! We arrived home by 3:00 and for the rest of the day I hung out with Ronnie and his friend from Oregon, Charlie.
