My interest for
weight lifting started after I had dislocated my shoulder and finally
needed surgery because of continuos dislocation. After my surgery I had
to attend physical therapy and get my strength in my shoulder back.
Once my shoulder got stronger I begin working out because I wanted to
strengthen my muscles so no more accidents occur. I took it seriously
once highschool started and was in the gym five days a week. Being
healthy is not just a few choices its a lifestyle and if you stick with
it the results don't just make you feel good they also make you look
good as well. This hobby also requires a lot of commitment as well as
concentration.
