A Arctic Fox has furry soles, short ears and a
short muzzle; to help with adaptation in the chilly
climate.
Arctic foxes have beautiful white (sometimes
blue-gay) coats that are very effective for winter
camouflage.
When the season's change, the fox's coat turns
as well, adopting a brown or gray appearance that
provides cover among the summer tundra's rocks and
plants.
The fox's tail is used for balance just like
cats and is used as a warm cover in cold winters.
