We'll use the textbook A Programmer's View of Computer Architecture, by Goodman and Miller, for reading and homework assignments. We'll read through essentially the whole book by the end of the semester; this amounts to about 25 pages per week. You are responsible for everything in the reading assignments, whether or not I discuss it in a lecture.
