          f) Draw a relative frequency histogram.
          g) Draw a cumulative relative frequency histogram.
          h) Explain how you can use the histogram in part (g) to find the approximate time at which about 40% of the pacemakers had failed.

  • [20 pts.] Work through the section "Creating a Histogram" (pages 17-20) in the Carver/Nash book.
