MTH 114 Announcements
1/10/12: The first class is on Monday January 23rd.
1/23/12: Quiz 1 (covering Chapters 1-2 of Peck/Devore) is scheduled for
Wednesday February 1st.
2/1/12: Quiz 2 (covering Sections 3.1-3.3 of Peck/Devore) is scheduled for
Wednesday February 15th.
2/15/12: No class on Mon 2/20 and Wed 2/22 - We will make them up later in
the semester as per the syllabus.
2/15/12: Tentative Date for Midterm Exam (on Chapters 1-4) is Wed 3/7, the
last class before Spring Break.
2/27/12: Midterm Exam (on Chapters 1-4) is scheduled for Wed 3/7, the last
class before Spring Break.
3/25/12: Quiz 3 (covering Sec. 6.1 and 7.1-7.3 of Peck/Devore) is
scheduled for Wednesday April 4th.
4/4/12: There will be no class and no office hours on Monday April 16th,
Research Day.
4/11/12: Quiz 4, the last quiz of the semester, is scheduled for Wed 4/25.
It will cover p.358-364, Sect. 8.1-8.2, p.411-413, and Sect. 9.3 of the
Peck/Devore text.
4/25/12: There will be a makeup class on Wednesday May 9th (for the missed
February class).
4/25/12: The last regular class meeting will be on Wednesday May
9th.
4/25/12: The final exam will be on Wednesday May 16th from 3:30-5:30pm in
our regular classroom, Library 100.
5/18/12 6:50pm: Final exam grades
are now available on Moodle.
