  • Read Chapter 6 of the PD text. (relates to today's class)
  • Read Sections 7.1-7.2 of the PD text. (relates to next class after Exam 1)
    Required exercises (relates to today's class):
  • Do page 272 exercise 6.2abc [10 pts.]
  • Do pages 272-273 exercises 6.4,6.6 [10 pts.]
  • Do page 273 exercise 6.10 [10 pts.]
  • Do page 278 exercise 6.18 [10 pts.]
  • Do page 287 exercise 6.20 [20 pts.]
  • Do page 288 exercise 6.22abcd [10 pts.]
  • Do CN Page 68 #1-6 [15 pts.]-> Note the direction: find AND comment (in a full sentence)
  • Close SPSS. Then reopen SPSS. Now open the Spinner data file.
  • Do CN Pages 68-69 #7-8 [10 pts.]
  • Save this SPSS output file as "hw5[LastName]" where [LastName] is replaced with your last name. For example, my file would be named "hw5Wittenstein".
  • Submit this file through Moodle by 4:15pm on Wed 3/10. [5 pts.]
