Do Programming Exercise #7 on page 163. (Hint: You should be able to do it with a single function consisting of a single for loop. When someone runs the program, they will input a positive number for the key when encoding and a negative number for the key when decoding.)

Show steps 1-4 of the Software Development Process in a module file with the filename "Lab5ceasarCipher-LASTNAME.py". Make sure to test before submitting, but don't submit the shell file.
