Peppercorns' first location was actually where Hicksville's firehouse now stands, across the street.  It was constructed in 1893 and remained there until 1932.  In that year, it was transferred from its foundation, (pulled by horses!), to its new location of 25 E. Marie St.  After some exchanging of ownership for years, Peppercorns finally came to rest in the hands of the Restivo family, who have been serving the community since 1983.  We just recently celebrated our 25th anniversary.

Peppercorns has been a dining place for residents of Hicksville and its neighbors since 1893 and continues to be a fine establishment as it has remained so for over 100 years.
