Once you have your topic, you need to develop a requirements document.
This will be different for different types of projects. For those doing software projects, this will involve putting together a document that should follow the template that you will find on the Software Requirements Page. For those of you working on research papers, this will mean a 2-3 page document discussing the aspects of the project, and should include a partial tentative bibliography. Those of you doing a hardware or networking project will need to speak with me to determine the proper format for your requirements document.
