Exercise 7.7

Design an XML document to store information about patients in a hospital. Information about patients must include:

• name (in three parts)
• Social Security number
• age
• room number
• primary insurance company - including (as attributes)
  • member identification number
  • group number
  • phone number and
  • address
• known medical problems (possibly none and possibly more than one) and
• known drug allergies (possibly none and possibly more than one)

Both attributes and nested tags must be included. Make up sample data for at least four patients.

In addition, create a DTD file to validate the XML data and an XSLT file to format it where all type is in Times New Roman, with labels 12 pt, patient data in 14 pt red and Insurance information in 12 pt Blue Italics.
