A final project about the Growth of the Internet

The final project will involve a small investigation into the growth of the Internet. It should include a very brief introduction into the development of Arpanet and the Internet, a (not as) brief discussion of its privatization and some statistics showing how the number of users have grown since its beginning (at least back to 1985).

You are going to turn in:

• a 2-3 paper on the subject (that includes a graph showing the growth of the Internet plotting number of users over the years (copy and paste the chart from Excel).
• a PowerPoint slide presentation containing 6-10 slides (that includes that graph).
• an web page that contains that graph (or one found online) as well as at least one external link that discusses this).
