The CPA exam is a difficult exam taken by those who wish to become publicly certified to be able to practice accounting in the United States. The exam consists of four parts which must all be completed with 18 months.

The four parts of the exam are Auditing and attestation (AUD), finical Accounting and reporting (FAR), regulations (
REG), and business environment and concepts (BEC). Each exam must be taken separately and must receive a 75% in order to pass. Following is the average pass rate of each section of the exam:
