Tutorial for creating a bulk email rule

 

Overview:

 

First you will create a cabinet to hold your bulk email. Then, you will create a rule to send the email from your inbox to your bulk folder when the subject contains BULK.

 

Step 1: Sign onto your email and right click on the word “Cabinet”:

 

 

Type in Bulk as the folder name and press OK.

 

 

Step 2:  Click on Options to begin to create the rule:

 

Step 3: Click on the Rules tab, and down arrow to “Move to Folder”:

 

 

Step 4: Click Create and fill in the following:

 

Rule Name: Bulk rule

If Subject contains BULK

and then click the Bulk folder.

 

It will look like:

 

 

Choose OK.
