• This written communication rubric will be considered in grading.

BurnDown Chart of the first release

• Each task needs a task name, person assigned, estimated time.
• See sample on powerpoint page
• I recommend breaking your release into two sprints. It is okay to break down the tasks only for the current sprint.

Oral presentation about 10 minutes long

• Both people present for 5 minutes together followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
• Use powerpoint, (remember no full sentences)
• Include questions for the audience
• This oral communication rubric will be considered in grading.
