Instructions for Purchasing and Logging into MyProgrammingLab

Purchase options:

1) Purchase the textbook with myprogramminglab. They will give you an student access code.

2) Purchase a used textbook (or new without myprogramminglab) and go to myprogramminglab without a student access code.

3) Purchase a etextbook + myprogramminglab from either the bookstore or www.myprogramminglab.com

REGISTRATION:

In your browser, go to www.myprogramminglab.com

Choose the green student button under register.

If you purchased the book with myprogramminglab, choose "I have an access code". Otherwise, choose "No, I need to buy."

Click on the correct book (Building Java Programs by Reges/Stepp) picture, and then click Next. Choose whether you want the ebook packaged in for $90+, or the whether you want just the mypgrogramminglab exercises for $42.50.

Use your Adelphi email when asked for email. When it asks you for the course Id, enter the section access code of ADEL-17631-HLMH-23. If you used myprogramminglab last semester, you will need to call or chat with Pearson for help enrolling in this continuation course. You will not need to purchase a new access code. Either call 800 677 6337 or chat and then say you are taking the second half of the course and need to enroll in that second section. (I received this information from Pearson in incident # 150127-000961.)

2) Enter the login and password you chose when registering and press sign-in.

3) Click on the Introduction to Computer Programming course
