How to enable hangout on the mac:

First connect to the hangout using the blue hangout button.

It will ask you to download a plug-in. If it gets stuck and not allow you in, and you just see the green and white icon: please adjust your safari security by following these instructions. First click on the safari word and then preferences and then choose security.

Then choose plug-in settings

Then click both google plug ins and then click on google talk plug-in and then choose to set hangouts. Google.com on

Then go back to moodle and click on the blue hangout button once more.
