Make a Chart in Excel using a tutorial, and follow all the steps in the given tutorial.

Goal: Know how to create a chart and control the labels, titles, series, type of chart and legend.

Follow one of these tutorials to create the chart you are guided to create, and then upload the chart to moodle.

For Windows MS Office:

• Office 2016 to current: Click on https://www.linkedin.com/learning/cert-prep-excel-2016-microsoft-office-specialist-77-727/format-charts?u=56671577 to see how to format a chart: and then click on the left and do the challenge : Create charts and objects. If you have trouble, you can look at the solution: create charts and objects. You can watch the video or read the transcript. The exercise files are found by clicking on the "Exercise files" tab. (You may have to hit the '>' to see that tab.)
• Office 2007 - 2012: click on this link http://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/how-to-build-excel-graph You can download demo data to save yourself having to enter the words on the chart. You can  then watch the video which is not specific for windows, and then download the instructions for the mac and follow that because the steps will be exact for your version.  Just create the ROI graph in an excel spreadsheet and upload it. . • For windows before 2007: http://www.gcflearnfree.org/excel2003/15 Read through the 7 pages, and then create the chart suggested as the challenge on the last page. You will need to type in the budget they display.

For Mac MS Office:
