Excel Budget :

Make a budget for one semester:

(For privacy purposes, it does not have to be your actual money values)

   Put your name in the header, and the page number and date in the footer.

   Show the starting  money in the bank account

   Label the following columns: "item", and "Jan", "Jan %", "Feb," "Feb %", "March", "March %", "April", "April %"

   Add the following rows:

   Fill in the spreadsheet

Place double bars above all totals.

Use print preview. If you find it does not all fit on one page, adjust it until it does.

Print.

Change the spreadsheet to show the formulas (using tools / options / formulas) and print one more time.

Hand in both pages you printed.

Note that the "item" is the row label

      Under the month % column, for each expense row, show the percentage of total expenses for the month.
