Moodle SIGNON INSTRUCTIONS

Moodle is an online course teaching tool Adelphi runs on its servers. You will be using Moodle as the starting point for all your assignments, so you will need to be able to use it from your Study Home.

  1. Check out whether you have an internet connection at all. Try www.google.com and search for test. If it works, you have an internet connection. If not, you can call your internet provider or use the library PC.
  2. Check out whether Adelphi's server is up by typing www.adelphi.edu. If that works, the connection to Adelphi is up.
  3. Try another browser.(Internet Explorer or Mozilla)
  4. Call 877-3333 to explain the problem. They are open on weekends and nights. You may need to go to the library for help, or they may be able to help you over the phone.
  5. Try again in 30 minutes. Sometimes Moodle does go down.
  6. E-mail me at pepper@adelphi.edu. (Expect response before next class or 24 hours, whichever is longer.)
  7. Call me at 516-747-2362 for quicker response
