Our Family- Our family business
began in 1979 right under the Brooklyn Bridge. It all started with
our great tradition, and our signature coal-fired brick oven. Our
family staple has been this coal-fired brick oven, so we are
keeping it this way. Why choose the coal-brick oven to make
our pizza? We chose to coal-fire our
pizza because of the amazing taste, and
unique flavor and crisp it brings to our pizza and calzones. Our oven is simply a work of art, serving food not
possible to make from gas, convection, or wood burning ovens.
Our fresh ingredients, handmade mozzarella, and pizza sauce make
us the perfect pizza. We even have a secret dough recipe
which is hand tossed and made in house daily. We also have a premium bar with your favorite drinks, and an extensive wine
list.
It is our passion for pizza that has made us a
"must have" for any pizza lover in Brooklyn.
