Arguments for my position:
- Schools take action against cyber-bullying, but on several occasions their actions just can never be enough to stop it. ( Blad, 3)
However, when bullying lawsuits target third parties such as schools or school districts, they often do not succeed ( Adler, 1). This is because in most cases the school is not at fault.
