   I am a junior in the pre-physical therapy program at Adelphi University. I volunteer at a local Physical Therapy Insitute called Dynamic Physical Therapy, I plan on working there as an assistant, and eventually one day I hope to own my own practice. I am a member of the Men's soccer team at Adelphi University. Soccer has always been such a great passion of mine, I can say that playing soccer led to me to my intrest in the physical therapy field. What is Physical Therapy? "A branch of rehabilitative health that uses specially designed exercises and equipment to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities. Physical therapists work with many types of patients, from infants born with musculoskeletal birth defects, to adults suffering from sciatica or the after- effects of injury, to elderly post-stroke patients."
