The issue is: 

People are using platforms as their online diaries, broadcasting their personal wrongs and details of their children or family lives for the entire world to see.

My position is: 

There is a reason people overshare maybe its because they want a connection but I think that oversharing comes across as self-obsessed and inconsiderate to the balance of a conversation.
