o   There is an extensive amount of cyber-bullying prevalent in schools around the nation, leading to self-harm and suicide. More steps need to be taken to adequately protect those that are being bullied and prevent further incidents.

o   To aid in decreasing cyber-bullying and its negative effects, there is a need for further research to understand which IT design features affect and reduce the prevalence of control balance on social media, as well as the harmful effects that cyber-bullying has on society, to hold the social media sites responsible.
