Arguments for my position: Everyone who uses social media has either been a victim of cyber bullying or cyber bullied someone else.  No matter what age, who raised you or how you get educated on it the issue is still extremely present in modern age.

Facts that I found in Dilmac's source:
- Unsupervised used of technological devices, the vertual environment can become dangerous for teens. These tools, which should be used for communication purposes, are also being used for malicious purposes such as harassing, disturbing, threatening, or humiliating other. (Dilmac, 2)
- Individuals being subjected to cyberbullying are known to relate to many psychological problems and may experience such emotions as anger, shame, worry, fear, hurt, and hopelessness. (Dilmac, 3)
- The average scores for students who had cyberbullied four times were significantly lower than for students who had never cyberbullied. (Dilmac, 9)
