· People
have an Amendment right to freedom of speech and as terrible as
it is to speak to someone in such a horrible or negative way it
is the bullies right to do so. (Laubscher,
M., & van Vollenhoven, W. J. 2015).
One could argue that
there are always students who have been made fun of and when
they go home they should block the people who are saying such
nasty things. They can't help if it follows them back but they
can choose what they look at and who they talk to.
· Since
the bullying over text, or on an online medium is not on school
grounds it only is brought to the school if it has the
possibility of become a problem there as well. (Goldsborough, R. 2016)
· Schools
are able to band certain things such as a type of clothing,
specif items like a cell phone and band labels and things o that
nature but the rights to free speech and expression is something
that they can’t band. (Laubscher, M.,
& van Vollenhoven, W. J. 2015).
