Instead of instructing children on how to deal with cyber bullying, professionals need to make changes to the internet.

Internet Governance creates issues between freedom of expression and individual privacy. (Denardis, 2014, pp. 1)

Many internet companies have boycotted previous legislation to place controls on the internet, making difficult to place any future legislation. (Denardis, 2014, pp. 2)

Children who cyberbully should be punished by law.

In January of 2012, State Senator Jeffrey D. Klein introduced a bill that would raise the punishment for some cases of cyber bullying to a felony with prison time. (Chu, 2012)
