• Assignment #1 - Project proposal - due next class Thursday February 1
• Assignment #2 - Requirements Analysis - due Thursday February 8 (draft for Tuesday Feb. 6 at least the table of functional requirements, e.g. 12 features spread over 4 milestones/sprints).
• Assignment #3 - First Sprint Plan - due Thursday February 15 (along with revised requirements document).
• Assignment #4 - First Sprint - design, implement and test your milestone 1 features - due Tuesday February 27.
• Assignment #5 - Write an abstract describing your project (2000 characters) due Thursday February 22. If you wish to submit it to (and present your work at) the Adelphi Research Conference, bring your abstract to class on Thursday. See links under Resources for more details.
• Assignment #6 - Tuesday February 27 is the end of sprint 1, and the beginning of sprint 2.
• Assignment #7 - Tuesday March 20 is the end of sprint 2 (your prototype to be demoed), and the beginning of sprint 3.
• Assignment #8 - Tuesday April 3 is the end of sprint 3, and the beginning of sprint 4.
• Assignment #9 - April 18 is the end of sprint 4, to be followed by Code Walkthroughs.
• Assignment #10 - Make a one-page flyer for your project. Click here for template. It should include the title, the project team members (one version with and one without), list of features, and a brief pitch. The picture can be a screenshot(s). Feel free to be as artistic as you like.
• Assignment #11 - Final documents due May 15
• Self-reflection document - emailed to me separately/individually (what was learned, personal strengths and weaknesses, connections to prior experience and goals, your contributions and effort (time spent), how would you proceed if you had more time, evaluation of teammates' efforts and contributions).
