1. First you should make sure your computer has a web desigining program that will allow you to create and make changes to your web page. One reccommendation is Sea Monkey. Click here to download Seamonkey
2. Second think of a clever name that could be associated with a theme or color and how you can incorporate it in background images. Example: if your page would be about the weather this image could be a background image or a  icon for you site.

3. Next decide wheter or not the site will be a formal, serious web page or more of a fun random page. It is important to have a target audience because a wacky site might not be best for professional business, unless wackiness is part of your business. Some sites with different backgrounds including customizable ones include the following:

4. 5. After gathering the theme, background images, web tools and information you would like to post on your site the only thing left to do is compile them all together on your web composer.
