Why did I choose Adelphi University?

I decided to choose Adelphi University because it had my major, Journalism. After touring the campus last May, I knew this college would be for me because of the small class sizes. I commute to Adelphi University from Holtsville. I am only at Adelphi on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM – 2:45 PM. Most people would not commute that far, but I enjoy it because I love staying home! I also have time to work and volunteer during the days I am not at school. Eventually, I would like to get more involved in clubs and activities because it always looks good on an application!
