• Argument 1:Onscreen readings and writing can affect the children’s eyes and it also limits the face to face social interaction.
• Over use of iPad can cause vision problems, the blue light from the iPad can harm their retina at the back of the eye. The more they read on iPad's, the less they blink which leads to dry eyes.  

• "The screen time is displacing important face-to-face social interactions, physical activity, time spent outdoors, and time spent being forced to entertain oneself." (Greenfield 4)

• Argument 2: Mobile phones and iPad during the class can have major effects on the student’s education as these things can distract the students from concentrating on studies.
• The overuse of iPad's can distract us from what we are actually doing in a classroom. The ability to connect to internet is another big problem as during the class time the students go online and search for other things like social media accounts or web pages rather than concentrating on lectures. (Solyom 2)
  

• Argument 3: Social media can have serious effect on kids as they take pictures of other kids and put them in social media which leads to major problems like cyberbullying.
  

• The technology could be used for the wrong reasons, such as taking pictures and using them inappropriately. The technology is a weapon which has the power to destroy the life of someone. (Irish Independent 1)
