Pro Con Arguments Against My Position

Arguments against my position: Schools should prevent students from using mobile phones and iPad's during class by making a no mobile phones and iPad policy in schools.

Argument 1: iPad can improve the classroom learning, multitasking and student engagement.

iPad's can be used for multitasking are much easier to organize. For students who takes much longer time to write can use iPad's to type fast and engage in classroom discussions. (Spies et al 1)

Argument 2: Using iPad can save paper and money.

"Schools invest thousands of dollars every year on books, text books, and other printed materials. Using iPads or other tablets can drastically reduce these costs and help your school “go green”." (Wainwright 2)
