Current Graduate Students
Emily Dernbach is investigating how wave-exposure and predator cues affect the foraging behaviors and preferences of the intertidal whelks, Nucella lapillus, in the Gulf of Maine.
Candice Marcos has investigated the impacts of crab cues on shell thickening in Nucella. She is currently looking at the influence of pesticides on invasive and native estuarine crabs.
