African Elephants:
- They are the largest land mammal
- Their huge, round shaped ears help keep them cool in hot climates

- They have large tusks with upper incisor teeth
- Aren't domesticated as easily



Asian Elephants:
- Can be found in the Asian tropical forests
- Females lack visible tusks
- Live up to 60 years old
- They communicate using rumbles, bellows and moans
- Can recognize themselves in a mirror
